With more than 35 years experience in real estate valuation and consultation, Craig has the skills to tackle the most difficult and complex appraisal assignments.

He has testified as an expert witness in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Superior Courts of California, as well as numerous arbitration hearings and depositions.

Mr. Owyang’s education and experience have resulted in him being awarded professional designations and certifications from the most regarded organizations in the industry, including:

Appraisal Institute: MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and AI-RRS

American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers: ARA

International Right of Way Association: SR/WA and R/W-AC

Craig currently serves as the Chair of the Comprehensive Examinations Panel of the Appraisal Institute in addition to previously being elected to its Board of Directors.
